Charlotte Martin


Charlotte graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Psychological Science including a fourth year honours. She then went on to complete a Masters of Professional Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland. Following this, Charlotte completed her internship through Government Departments and private NGO's before gaining full registration with the Psychology Board (AHPRA).

Charlotte has experience in both large organisations, community and private sectors. She worked largely with the ADF population in Townsville for three years prior to relocating back to Brisbane. She has experience from early childhood through to late adulthood, across individuals, couples, and family interventions. Charlotte's experience also surrounds a broad domain of psychological presentations; including but not limited too: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Suicidal Ideation, Relationship Discord, Stress Disorders, Mood Disorders and Personality Disorders. Charlotte has a strong interest in both Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy though also utilises other techniques as appropriate and based on the presentation. 

Charlotte has a strong passion to both support and treatment of mental health difficulties.
