Matthew Toumazou

Physiotherapist

Matthew graduated from James Cook University, Townsville in 2016 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours, Class 1). He has demonstrated experience working for a private practice since graduating. Matthew worked in Townsville for one and a half years before coming to Brisbane. He presented at the ASICS Sports Medicine Australia Conference 2017 which was hosted in Malaysia.

Matthew is interested in all sorts of musculoskeletal problems, especially lower limb issues. He is interested in all sports and their associated injuries; particularly on cricketers which he researched during his time at University. He is also qualified in dry needling.

Matthew is not only focused on his patients improvement, but providing education and exercises to prevent injury re-occurrence and allow for self-management where possible.
