Rachel graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is experienced in both outpatient and inpatient setting.
Rachel is interested in chronic disease management (T2DM, Cardiovascular Disease, fatty liver), weight management, Gastrointestinal related conditions (IBS, IBD, Diverticular disease, altered bowel movement), Nutrition for pre and post bariatric surgery. She has had personal development courses in Mindful Eating Strategies and nutrition for pre & post bariatric surgery.
Rachel believes that all foods fit in a healthy diet and there is no one size fits all.
