Dana Harper

Exercise Physiologist

Dana is one of our enthusiastic Accredited Exercise Physiologists, having graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology. She is passionate about movement and believes that exercise is medicine as it has the potential to improve all aspects of health including physical, mental, and social health.

Dana has special interests in the fields of Women’s Health, including pregnancy (pre-and post-partum), endometriosis, and associated conditions (pelvic floor training, osteoporosis), as well as within neurology and oncology. She also has a special interest in improving the health and wellbeing of older populations, particularly those living with chronic conditions.

Dana is also a qualified Pilates instructor in both Matwork and Reformer Pilates and enjoys using a combination of strength-based work and clinical Pilates to assist in delivering the most appropriate exercise for each individual. Additionally, when providing her treatment services, Dana strives to provide the best quality of care by using an evidence-based practice approach to ultimately achieve the best outcome for all her clients and ensure they live their best life.

Outside of the clinic, Dana loves to picnic in the park, read, climb mountains and spend time with her friends and family.
