Josephine Jackson

Physiotherapist

Josephine graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Her passion for sport and physical activity along with her empathetic and caring nature led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Josephine has previous experience treating pre and post- orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, sporting injury, and neurological rehabilitation.

Josephine focuses on a person-centred approach through listening to her patients and combining manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to achieve all individual goals. She believes in a complete healthcare approach through incorporating evidence-based therapies into treatments.

Josephine is passionate about building strong professional relationships to support all individuals in reaching their performance goals whether that be optimising mobility, enhancing physical performance, or general injury prevention.
